Support Hours
Busselton Wifi Business Support is provided from 9am until 5pm Australian Western Time (+0800 GMT) weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. This support is provided by the Business Team at Computer West through our trusted business relationship and understood customer expectations.
If you have any extended-hours support contract in place, please refer to your ‘Welcome’ email for further detail on how to make use of this facility or contact your account manager for further details.
Support Types and Options
Firstly, have you checked out if there is any Planned Maintenance occurring yet? If there’s not, then see below.
Connectivity Fault
Examples
- Some of my devices can connect to the wifi but others cannot.
- The internet is connected but not all sites will open.
- I cannot send emails.
Best Option: Contact CW
Hardware Fault
Examples
- I have factory reset my modem and now it will not connect.
- My modem no longer powers on or shows any lights.
- I can connect with a cable, but not over wifi.
Best Option: Contact CW
Service Fault
Examples
- My devices can all join wifi, but no sites will load.
- Any page I try to load redirects me to the Busselton Wifi portal.
- I can connect and load most pages, but it’s extremely slow on all deivces.
Best Option: Support Ticket

Lodge a Ticket
If you’re an existing customer with a service problem, your best option is to raise a ticket in the Client Portal, which we have embedded below for you to access easily. If you’ve already raised a ticket and have not heard back, feel free to add another comment to it and we’ll keep an eye out for it.
